Unacceptable Content Policy

Tejari reserves the right to only publish acceptable content that will add value to this B2B community and that cannot be construed as offensive to the general public.

Unacceptable content include, but are not limited to, those covered in the ‘Unacceptable content’ descriptions further below.

The application of content policies will always involve an element of discretion, and Tejari reserves the right to reject, remove or approve any content or imagery at its discretion at any time.

Illegal substances and Drugs	Tejari does not accept the promotion of drugs, drug paraphernalia, and aids to pass drug tests. This includes drug accessories, drugs, and herbal drugs such as salvia and magic mushrooms. Tejari does not accept content that appears to facilitate the distribution, use or cultivation of illegal substances, substances of questionable legality or substances whose primary purpose seems to be recreational mind alteration.
Pornography and explicit imagery	Tejari does not accept the promotion of pornography or any service related to pornographic content, pornographic content distribution, development or links that direct traffic to pornographic sites. Tejari does not accept imagery that is explicit, considered offensive or indecent. Pornographic, obscene, graphically violent and other inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
Bypassing Copyright Protection	Tejari does not accept content that promotes software that bypasses copyright protection.
Cable Descramblers	Tejari does not accept content such as products that descramble cable and satellite signals in order to get free cable services.
Counterfeit Products	Tejari does not accept content such as counterfeit, fake or bootleg products.
Data Collection	Tejari does not accept content whose primary purpose is the collection of personally identifiable information to be used for consumer or promotional marketing, or related purposes. Nor will we accept content that links to or redirect Tejari visitors and members to such offers.
Defamatory, Libelous, Threatening	Tejari does not accept ads for defamatory, libelous or threatening offers. If the discussion contains racial or religious epithets, advocates doing physical harm to people or their property, or if it is unquestionably false on its face, we may decline such offers. We may also decline offers that advocate against any individual or group.
Fake IDs, Passports and Transcripts	Tejari does not accept content that lists or promotes fake IDs, Passports or education transcripts.
Gambling	We do not accept the promotion of sites and content that has gambling as their central theme. Among such sites are those that accept wagers or require payment in exchange for the chance to win prizes, as well as sites that offer both information and links related primarily to the promotion of gambling.
Prostitution	We do not wish to be associated with content that promotes the availability of prostitution services.
Suffering and Violence	Tejari does not accept content that advocate, glorify or promote the following: Rape Torture Human cannibalism Human suffering or death Human Trafficking Graphic or violent images (such as those showing blood or dismemberment)
Tobacco	Tejari does not accept content that promotes or lists tobacco products or offers that have a main focus on tobacco products. Offers that have links to tobacco pages cannot be listed on www.tejari.com
Traffic Fines	Tejari does not accept content that offers products or promotes ways to evade traffic fines.
Areas of Questionable Legality	In addition to the policies listed above, Tejari does not accept content (products, services or images) of questionable legality or integrity. E.g. falsely obtained passwords, pyramid schemes, spam email lists, etc.
Public Unrest	Tejari will not accept information or content which (at Tejari’s sole discretion) may constitute offensive or critical political content or content that is considered to be contrary to the public interest.
National Security	Tejari will not accept information or content which (at Tejari’s sole discretion) may threaten national security.
Culturally Offensive	Tejari will not accept information or content which (at Tejari’s sole discretion) may be considered culturally or religiously offensive in any way.
Content in violation of applicable law	Tejari does not accept any content which is or which may (at Tejari’s sole discretion) be deemed to be contrary to or in violation of any applicable law, rule or regulation or any competent judicial, governmental, supervisory or regulatory body
